Checklist

  • Check for any in-progress Observation Checklists (OCs)
Make sure the Training Leader does not have any Observation Checklists that are still in progress.

  • Complete active Observation Checklists
If an OC is in progress and “owned” by that Training Leader, it will not be visible to other Training Leaders until it’s completed.

  • Confirm all learner evaluations are finalized
Ensure any pending reviews, approvals, or evaluations tied to that Training Leader are completed.

  • Verify no active responsibilities are blocked
Double-check that no learners are waiting on this Training Leader for progress approvals or sign-offs.

Important

If a Training Leader is set to inactive while still having in-progress Observation Checklists:

  • Other Training Leaders won’t be able to see or complete them

  • This can block learner progress and delay completion

Next Step

Once everything above is completed, you can proceed to set the Training Leader as inactive: How to deactivate or activate

💡 Summary

  • Check OCs → complete

  • Ensure no pending approvals

  • Then safely mark Training Leader as inactive
