Option 1: Via the Enrollments Report
This is the quickest way to spot-check attempts for a specific learner.
Go to the Users section and find the learner
Click their name and select View Enrollments
Sort by Score — any course with a score has a quiz or assessment attached
Click the course you want to review, then select Edit Enrollment
Scroll to the bottom — you'll see each lesson item including assessments, with attempt count and score for each
What to look for: A score of 80 or below is worth investigating. If a learner completed a 10-question quiz in under 2 minutes, that may indicate guessing rather than working through the material. Spot-check a few courses to look for patterns before drawing conclusions.
Option 2: Via the Assessments Report
Better for reviewing how a specific quiz is performing across your whole team, or for drilling into a learner's individual answers.
From the dashboard, go to the Assessments report (accessible via the report icon on the left)
Filter by assessment name — search by course title
You'll see attempt counts, pass/fail rates, and which learners took it
Click a learner's name and go to Answers Report
In the Answers Report, click the Options menu and enable Attempt ID — this separates multiple attempts so you can compare them side by side
You can also enable Correct Answer to see what the right answer was vs. what the learner selected
Filter by Incorrect to focus only on missed questions
What to look for: If a learner missed the same question across multiple attempts, that's a coaching opportunity. The Answers Report also shows timestamps per attempt, so you can see how quickly each attempt was completed.
Which report should I use?
