The JobReady Program is a 13-week training program that prepares you for a career in HVAC. It's fully online, and it's different from the JobReady Learning Plan in the SkillCat app. The program includes live sessions, mentors, a toolkit, and hands-on activities.
Weeks 1 to 10: Coursework and hands-on practice
HVAC coursework on the SkillCat app
Hands-on activities and field data collection using your toolkit
A mandatory weekly Live Session with your cohort
Weeks 11 to 13: Certifications and Partner Companies
One industry certification per week: OSHA-10, NATE Ready to Work, and EPA 608
Live Meet & Greet sessions with hiring Partner Companies in Weeks 11 and 13
After you complete the program, your information is shared with Partner Companies in your area so they can reach out to you for interviews.
