How do I remove a user from my dashboard?

Perfect! Then please follow the steps below to remove a user from your dashboard.

2) I don't have a company account yet

If you don't have a company account with us yet, reach out to us at business@skillcatapp.com and we'll help you get started!

How to remove a user

1. Log into your dashboard. You can refer to this article on How to Log Into Your Training Dashboard.
2. Click on View Employees.
3. Find the user you want to remove and click on the Actions button to the top right of their name card.
4. Click on Deactivate User.
5. Click Confirm.

Will deactivating a user delete their SkillCat profile?

No, deactivating a user will not delete their SkillCat profile. It will just remove them from your dashboard. They will still have all earned certifications if you need to access them or if you want to reactivate the user in the future.
