How do my employees get their accounts?
A quick guide on how your employees get started
Before we get started, please make sure of the following two things:
1) You have a company account with us
If you don't have a company account, then please visit this article and follow the instructions
2) You've added in your employees
Follow these instructions if you still need to add your employees to your dashboard - How to Add Employees
They're added to my dashboard, now how do they get access?
Once your employees are added to the dashboard, their accounts are automatically created and they'll receive a welcome email from us at info@skillcatapp.com.
This welcome email includes:
1) How to set their password
2) How to download the app
3) A tutorial video if they need extra help
