How to Track Your Technicians' Quiz & Exam Scores in SkillCat?

Before you get started

Please note that to access reports your company dashboard you will need the following. 

  • SkillCat Admin Dashboard Professional or Higher
  • An admin or super admin seat assigned to you.

Keeping track of your technicians' progress is essential to ensuring they are mastering the necessary skills for success. SkillCat provides an easy way for managers to monitor quiz and exam scores through the Company Dashboard.

By following the steps below, you can quickly find and review your technicians' grades, helping you identify strengths, address skill gaps, and improve overall performance.

Step 1: Log in to the Company Dashboard

Start by accessing the SkillCat Company Dashboard. Log in with your company credentials to enter the platform.

Step 2: Search for a Technician

Once you're logged in:

  • Use the search bar at the top of the page.

  • Type in the name of the technician whose grades you want to check.

  • Click on their name from the results list.

Step 3: Select a Course

  • After selecting the technician, look to the right side of their name for a list of courses they are enrolled in.

  • Click on the specific course to view their grades for quizzes and exams.

Step 4: Check the Learning Plan (if Needed)

If you don’t see the course you’re looking for:

  • Click the down arrow next to the current learning plan.

  • A drop-down menu will appear, showing all assigned and in-progress courses.

  • Select the correct learning plan, then select  the course to review the technician’s grades. You will see their final grade right next to the course name & the quiz grades under the marked section below.
