Please proceed below to the appropriate solution based off your type of account.
Grace Hill clients with PHQ integration
If you are a Grace Hill client with the PHQ integration active, and you are unable to edit items on your SkillCat dashboard, don't worry as this is normal.
To keep data consistent between SkillCat and PHQ, all of your tracking, assigning, and management of users will be done through PHQ. So you don't need to manage two dashboards!

Grace Hill clients without PHQ integration
If you are a Grace Hill client without the PHQ integration active, and you are unable to edit items in your SkillCat dashboard, please email us at business@skillcatapp.com with the following details:
- Your company name
- What you are trying to edit
- A screenshot of what you are seeing
