My dashboard says "Internet not found"
Step 1: Try on a different device
- Try logging in from a different browser
- If that does not work, try a different device. If you're on your phone try the computer.
Step 2: Reset your Wi-Fi connection
- Disconnect from your Wi-Fi network, wait a few seconds, and reconnect.
- You can also restart your router if the issue persists.
- Then, try loading the website again.
Step 3: Disable VPN or Antivirus Temporarily
- If you’re using a VPN, disable it and try again.
- Same goes for antivirus or firewall software — they may block specific sites.
Step 4: Flush DNS
On Windows:
- Open Command Prompt (search “cmd”)
- Type: ipconfig /flushdns
- Press Enter, then try the site again.
On Mac:
- Open Terminal
- Type: sudo dscacheutil -flushcache; sudo killall -HUP mDNSResponder
- Enter password if prompted, then retry.
Step 4: Try Using a Different Network
- Connect your computer to a mobile hotspot or different Wi-Fi network.
- If it loads there, your current network or router may be blocking the site.
Step 5: Check Firewall or DNS Settings
- Ensure your router or network firewall isn’t blocking your website domain.
- Consider switching DNS to Google DNS:
- 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4
