What do I do if my employees are seeing a subscription message?
How to fix employee access
Below are some reasons your employees might be seeing a subscription message, as well as how to resolve those issues.
You don't have a company account yet
It's possible that your employees are subscribed with individual accounts and you haven't started a company plan yet. If this is the case, please reach out to us at business@skillcatapp.com and we'll get you set up!
They haven't been added to the training dashboard
It could be that your employees are logged in correctly, but that they haven't been added to your dashboard yet. You can refer to the following guide to add your employees to the platform - How to add employees to your training dashboard.
They logged in with the wrong email address
Sometimes employees may accidentally sign up for their own account instead of logging in with their provided company credentials. This leads to a free trial account being created on the individual plan
To check if this is the case, locate the email address in their app and compare it to that of their profile on your training dashboard.

- Log into your training dashboard. How to log into the training dashboard
- Click on View Employees
- Search for the employee
- Click on Actions and Edit employee info
- Locate their email address
Checking the app
- Open up the app and tap the gear icon on the top right
- Tap Edit Profile
- Locate their email address
Do the email addresses in the app and the training dashboard match?
- If no, then they are logged in with the wrong account. Have them log in with the email address that's on the dashboard.
