Why isn’t My Employee’s Training Showing on the Dashboard?

If an employee claims to have completed their training, but it does not appear on your company dashboard, the most common reason is that they may have used a personal email instead of their assigned company email. This can result in the creation of two separate accounts, causing their progress to be recorded under the wrong account.

How to Resolve This Issue

  1. Ask the Employee to Verify Their Email

    • Instruct the employee to check the email they used to log in.

    • They can do this by clicking on the gear icon in the top-right corner of the Home tab on the SkillCat App

    • From there, they should select "Edit Profile" to view the email address associated with their account.

  2. If the Email is Incorrect

    • If the email does not match the company-provided email, ask them to log out and log back in using the correct company email.

    • They will need to redo the training under the correct account for it to reflect on the company dashboard.

  3. If the Email is Correct but the Training Still Doesn’t Appear

    • If the employee is already using their company email and their progress is still not showing, there might be a system issue.
