  1. If you are a Grace Hill client utilizing our SkillCat Integration for PHQ, then please continue below.
  2. If you are not using PHQ or not using the integration, then you can use our SkillCat dashboard as normal.

I assigned SkillCat training via PHQ, so do my techs log into PHQ?

No, your techs will still log into the SkillCat app to conduct their SkillCat training. Any training that you assign via PHQ will link to their SkillCat apps. 

Do my techs need to create a SkillCat account to access the training I assigned them?

When a tech is added to the corresponding group in PHQ, they'll receive an email from SkillCat on how to set up their accounts. They'll use the same email address as the one they use for PHQ, but will be able to set their own password. Please contact your Grace Hill customer success manager for more information!
