If someone fails the EPA 608 exam, they must wait 4 hours before they can retake it. This waiting period applies to all retakes and is designed to ensure fairness in the certification process.
What if the failure was due to a technical issue?
If the failure was caused by a technical problem from your end, such as internet connection issues, getting a call or a message midway or swiped out accidently, or closed the app accidently then EPA exams include 4 total attempts, and we’re unable to reset a first, second, or third attempt even if it was submitted or exited by accident; once all 4 attempts are used, we can then restore this one for you.
If the failure was due to a technical error from our end such as the app crashed or you could not exit out of the PT chart and the app was stuck then let us know and we will try to restore the attempt for you.
