What is an On the Job Assessment?
On the Job Assessments (OJAs) are offline tasks built into a technician's learning plan. They require the technician to complete a real-world task in the field and submit proof of completion — by uploading a photo or filling in a text response.
How does a technician complete an OJA?
The technician will see the OJA task in their learning plan. All the green badges are the On the job assessments and the orange ones are normal modules and courses.
They can then click on the OJA they would like to complete.
They complete the task in the field, then return to the app to submit their proof by clicking on "Proceed to Job Task" — a photo upload upto 3 or a written response (optional).
Once submitted, the task moves to a pending review state on the manager's side.
How do managers review and grade OJAs?
When a technician submits an OJA, a green badge with a "pending review" indicator will appear on their profile in the dashboard. Here's how to grade it:
Open your dashboard
Click View Employees
Tap the green badge icon on the technician's profile which would say "Review Pending"
Review the submission — read their text response or download the uploaded image. Images and their texts will show up here:
Mark the activity as Pass or Fail and add any comments for the technician
6. Hit "Save Changes"
