Step 1: Try on a different device

  • Try logging in from a different browser

  • If that does not work, try a different device. If you're on your phone try the computer.

Step 2: Reset your Wi-Fi connection

  • Disconnect from your Wi-Fi network, wait a few seconds, and reconnect.

  • You can also restart your router if the issue persists.

  • Then, try loading the website again.

Step 3: Disable VPN or Antivirus Temporarily

  • If you’re using a VPN, disable it and try again.

  • Same goes for antivirus or firewall software — they may block specific sites.

Step 4: Flush DNS

On Windows:

  • Open Command Prompt (search “cmd”)

  • Type: ipconfig /flushdns

  • Press Enter, then try the site again.

On Mac:

  1. Open Terminal

  2. Type: sudo dscacheutil -flushcache; sudo killall -HUP mDNSResponder

  3. Enter password if prompted, then retry.

Step 4: Try Using a Different Network

  • Connect your computer to a mobile hotspot or different Wi-Fi network.

  • If it loads there, your current network or router may be blocking the site.

Step 5: Check Firewall or DNS Settings

  • Ensure your router or network firewall isn’t blocking your website domain.

  • Consider switching DNS to Google DNS:

    • 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4
