How do I enroll Users into a Curriculum or a Course in NexTech Academy?

Step 1: Open the Enrollment Catalog

  1. Log in to NexTech Academy as a Training Leader or Admin.

  2. From your Admin Dashboard, locate Saved Reports.

  3. Click Enrollment Catalog – Courses.


Step 2: Find the Curriculum You Want to Assign

You can locate the curriculum in two ways:

Option A: Filter by Category

  1. Click the filter (funnel) icon for Category Column.

  2. Select Category.

  3. Click Choose Category.

  4. Select either:

    • NexTech Select, or

    • Tech Builder (Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, etc.).

  5. Click Add Filter.

Option B: Search by Name

  1. Use the Name filter.

  2. Enter part of the curriculum name (example: HVAC Installation).

  3. Apply the filter.


Step 3: Select the Curriculum

  1. Locate the desired curriculum in the list.

  2. Check the box next to the curriculum name.

  3. Confirm that 1 item is selected at the top of the table.


Step 4: Click “Enroll User”

  1. On the right-hand Actions panel, click Enroll User.

  2. This opens the Enroll Users screen.


Step 5: Select User(s)

  1. Under Users, click the dropdown field.

  2. Select one or more users from your users list.

  3. The selected user(s) will appear in the field.


Step 6: Save Enrollment

  1. Click Save (green button on the right).

  2. The system will confirm the enrollment.


Once Enrolled

  • The assigned curriculum will immediately appear on the user’s dashboard under “My Courses.”

  • Users can begin training right away.


Notes

  • You can enroll multiple users at once into the same curriculum.

  • Enrollment does not remove or overwrite existing courses.

  • Only Training Leaders/Admins with proper access can enroll users.
