If a learner has already demonstrated the required skills outside the platform, a Training Leader can bypass a group of skill assessments by force completing the course or curriculum associated with the badge.

Badges cannot be force completed directly. They are awarded automatically once the linked course or curriculum is marked as completed.

Step 1: Identify the Course Linked to the Badge

  1. Locate the badge you want to award.

  2. Identify the course or curriculum associated with the badge.

    • The badge will display the course thumbnail image, which indicates the linked course or curriculum.

Step 2: Force Complete the Associated Course or Curriculum

  1. Go to Users.

  2. Search for and select the learner.

  3. Click View Enrollments from the actions menu on the right.

  4. Locate the course or curriculum associated with the badge.

  5. Click Edit Enrollment.

  6. In the Course Activity section, update the status to Completed.

  7. Click Save.

Step 3: Confirm Badge Completion

  • Once the course or curriculum is marked as completed:

    • The badge will automatically populate on the learner’s Transcript.

  • No additional action is required to award the badge.

Important Notes

  • Badges cannot be completed independently.

  • The linked course or curriculum must be marked as Completed for the badge to appear.
