If you no longer want to use SkillCat, you can permanently delete your account at any time.
How to delete your account
Tap on the gear icon in your app
Tap 'My Subscription'
Tap the red 'click here' text to delete your data permanently (Note all certifications will be permanently deleted)
Once confirmed, your account will be scheduled for deletion.

Certifications and progress
Completed courses
Any saved data

Can I recover my account after deleting it?
No. Once your account is deleted, it cannot be restored.
What happens to my data?
SkillCat data will be wiped completely. Please note SkillCat never uses your personal data when your account is active.
What happens to my certifications?
All certifications and course records tied to your account will be permanently removed.
Do I need to cancel a subscription first?
Yes. If you have an active subscription, cancel it before deleting your account to avoid future charges.
How long does it take to delete my account?
Deletion is typically processed within a few days.
