What ID do I need to take the EPA 608 exam?
You need a valid photo ID to take the EPA 608 exam. Your ID must clearly show all of the following:
Your full name
A photo of you
Your date of birth
Your address
What forms of ID are accepted?
The following are accepted:
Driver's license
Government-issued ID card (preferred)
Passport
Military ID
Student ID (must include photo, full name, date of birth, and address)
Digital screenshots of IDs are acceptable, as long as all required information is clearly visible.
What is not accepted?
Photos taken of a computer screen showing an ID — these are too low quality to verify
Any ID that is missing one or more of the required fields (photo, name, date of birth, address)
Expired IDs
⚠️ If your ID is rejected, your proctor will reach out to let you know what is missing. Make sure your ID is clearly readable before submitting it.
