Add your employees to your SkillCat dashboard
Before continuing, do you have a company account with us? If you are on this page because you are looking to pay for your employees' training but don't have an account open yet, then please contact us at [email protected] so we can help you get set up.
Individually add users
Log into your SkillCat Training Dashboard. Refer to the following article on how to log in.
Click the Add Employees button
If you're adding individual users:
(Optional) On the next screen, you can assign them a starting learning plan and hit Assign to Employees, or skip this step by simply clicking the X button on the top right to close the window.
Bulk Upload Users
1. Make sure you have the Upload a CSV tab selected
Upload your CSV file and hit Review Users when you're ready, or Re-upload if you need to make adjustments and upload a fresh list of users.
After clicking Review Users, you'll get another chance to see your list of users and either Re-upload, or confirm by hitting Add employees.
(Optional) You can then assign a region to some or all of your newly uploaded users. You can confirm by clicking Assign Region or move on by clicking Skip this step.
(Optional) On the next screen, you can also bulk assign learning plans to your new users via your chosen filter or by search. Confirm by hitting Assign to Selected Employees or skip this step by clicking the X button on the top right.
How do my employees get access once I add them?
Once your employees are added to the dashboard, their accounts are automatically created and they'll receive a welcome email from us at [email protected].
This welcome email includes:
1) How to set their password
2) How to download the app
3) A tutorial video if they need extra help
