How do I submit my Skills Assessments for Select Program?

Go to the resource tab and download the skills assessment.

Complete the skills assessment with Training Leader or Field Mentor and fill out the form.

Click submit to send your Skills Assessment to the Training Leader.

Once submitted, the task view will confirm the file is uploaded. You can replace the file with a newer version up until the time the training leader reviews and approves or declines.
