Welcome to SkillCat! 🎉

If you’ve recently been added as an Admin to your company’s account, this guide will walk you through everything you need to get started and confidently manage your team.


Complete the Welcome Course

When you log in for the first time, you’ll be prompted to complete a short mandatory Welcome Course.

Once completed, your full Learner Dashboard will become available.


Review User Management Tutorials

We highly recommend starting with the User Management Tutorials, which include:

  • Step-by-step how-to courses

  • Recorded webinars

  • Admin best practices

  • Platform walkthroughs

These resources will help you understand how to manage learners efficiently.


Explore the Admin Dashboard

From your Admin Dashboard, you’ll have access to:

  • Quick Actions

  • Reporting tools

  • Progress tracking

  • Skill assessment approvals

  • Direct access to the Help Center

This is your central hub for managing learners and monitoring performance.


Reviewing & Approving Skill Assessments

One of your primary responsibilities as an Admin is reviewing and approving Skill Assessments.

Stay Connected: Collaboration Board

The Collaboration Board is where you’ll find:

  • Platform updates

  • Announcements

  • Shared discussions

  • Insights from other teams

It’s a great place to stay informed and engaged.
