Why Can't I See My OSHA or NATE Certificate in the SkillCat App?

Explains that OSHA and NATE certificates aren't in the SkillCat app because they're issued by partners — OSHA via ClickSafety (desktop) and NATE via email directly. Links to the dedicated OSHA and NATE certificate articles.

If you've earned an OSHA or NATE certification but can't find the certificate in the SkillCat app, that's expected — these two aren't stored in your SkillCat Certificate Wallet the way your EPA 608 certificate is. That's because OSHA and NATE are issued by our partners, not by SkillCat directly, so each one is accessed in its own place. Here's where to look.

Why these aren't in the SkillCat app

SkillCat is where you take the training, but the certificates themselves are issued externally:

  • OSHA is delivered through our partner ClickSafety, so your OSHA certificate lives on the ClickSafety side — not in the SkillCat app.

  • NATE is issued by NATE directly, who email your certificate to you. It won't appear inside the SkillCat app at all.

Finding your OSHA certificate

Your OSHA certificate is viewed and downloaded through ClickSafety, accessed from the SkillCat desktop site (not the mobile app). The full step-by-step is here:

⚠️ OSHA can only be accessed on a desktop or laptop — it won't open on the SkillCat mobile app or a mobile browser.

Finding your NATE certificate

After you pass, our team verifies your ID, and then NATE emails your certificate to you directly — these go out on a weekly Monday cycle, so the day you tested affects when it arrives. Full details on the timeline here:

💡 The NATE certificate email comes from NATE, not from SkillCat — so check your inbox (and spam folder) for an email from NATE.

Still can't find it?

If you've checked the right place and still don't see your certificate, reach out to us at [email protected] with which certification you're looking for (OSHA or NATE) and the email on your SkillCat account, and we'll help you track it down. Have a great day!
