Accessing your Repair Tab
Login to your Skillcat Dashboard
Click on "Tools"
You'll now see manuals as well as troubleshooting guides and analytics
Creating Troubleshooting guides
Go to your "tools" tab in the dashboard
Make sure you're in the troubleshooting guide tab on the left hand panel
Tab "+Create Guide"
Follow the instructions for creating your guide
Tap "Create Guide" when all steps are finished
*Note: SkillCat must manually approve your guides and they will be made available for all of our partners. Please note the manual approval process can take up to 3-5 business days to review.

View total users, page views, clicks, searches, video completion rates, and session durations. Use these insights to see what’s working, spot gaps, and improve the experience.
