We understand that companies may occasionally need access to training or tracking data for users who are no longer on their company dashboard. However, once a user is removed from a company dashboard, their tracking data (both present and historical) is no longer retained or accessible and as a result cannot be generated.
This policy is in place to help protect user privacy and ensure that personal training and activity data is not shared once a user is no longer associated with the organization.
As a result:
Historical tracking, progress, and activity data for removed users cannot be recovered or provided
Companies will only be able to view data for users who are currently active on their dashboard
Tip
If you think you may need an employee’s training or tracking data in the future, we recommend reviewing or exporting the information before removing them from your dashboard and keeping a copy for your records.
