Not all techs check their emails. This is why it's so important to have a strategy for launching that reminds users when they are added to check their emails for credentials.
If your users haven't logged in in a very long time, forget their information, or have never logged in you can use the resend login credentials feature in the dashboard. Here is how
Resend SkillCat login credentials
Login to your dashboard
Click 'View Employees'
Find the user you'd like to resend information to
In the top right corner of their profile click 'Actions'
Click 'Resend login credentials'
